What is an Escape Room?
An escape room, also known as an escape room game, puzzle room, or exit game, is a game in which a team of players is put into a themed room creating an immersive experience. Teams then discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. The goal is to escape from the room by solving puzzles and clues all within 60 minutes.
The Game Play
Toby Myers was at an office party when things took a turn for the worse, it appears that Toby’s thesis was wanted by a few of those people and they would do anything to get it from him. Toby was meant to have those people to his house for a movie evening, however, when everyone got to Toby’s house he was nowhere to be seen. It appears that Toby may have died from suspicious circumstances while at the party or on his way home. Although the case closed in the summer of 2000, a friend of Toby’s reached out to a private detective, thinking there might be something strange surrounding his death. However, the detective has gone missing and you must now find his clues in his office to try and solve the case.
